I know it’s been a while since the first post and this one. I’ve been processing my world, what I’m doing, how I’m doing it and the challenges I face. One of the challenges I face is figuring out how to write this story. There is a lot going on everyday. There are physical aspects, emotional aspects, intellectual aspects, and just dealing with plain old laziness. (I know I’m doing well and I’m happy with my progress but I do still have to battle my own issues with depression, laziness, the holidays, housework, homework, school, marriage, employment, friendships, etc.)

Needless to say, I’ve been paralyzed with confusion on how to proceed.


I also don’t want this blog to be so heavy and information laden that no one will look at it. I want good information and helpful information, but I want it to be interesting and worth coming back to. Another concern is having this be nothing but a health and fitness blog. Right now, yes, that is what I’m heavily focused on, but I have more to life than that and I want to share that as well.

Here is my decision. I will create a category called “My Health / Fitness Journey” and I will keep my posts pertaining to that in that category and that will allow me to have posts that may have nothing to do with this. One of the intellectual and emotional aspects of my life is crafting. It’s what keeps me sane. I like to share those things but they aren’t necessarily about my health and fitness journey.

Thoughts? Concerns? Specific questions? If you do have specific questions about what I’m doing, please feel free to ask. It will help me create the posts that are most interesting to folks.
